1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Shirted, a creative project by Thunder Dungeon. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shirted. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

2. Online Store & Safety Requirements

  • Age: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Payment & Billing Transparency

We utilize Shopify as our primary e-commerce platform.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) as displayed at checkout.
  • Security: All credit card information is encrypted during transfer over networks using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • Order Right: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

4. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Our products are manufactured on-demand through our partner, Printify.

  • Production Time: Please note that "Production Time" (the time it takes to print your item) is distinct from "Shipping Time" (the time in transit). Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are a combination of both.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Accuracy of Information

While Shirted is a project by Thunder Dungeon, the content on this site is for entertainment and apparel purposes. We are not responsible if information made available on this site (such as meme history or descriptions) is not accurate or current. Reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Materials on this site, including designs, are the property of Shirted and Thunder Dungeon. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission. Links on this site may direct you to Thunder Dungeon; we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

In no case shall Shirted, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates (Thunder Dungeon), or partners (Printify) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
